A short term rental agreement will also have to be signed and all requirements must be met. Certain requirements are as follows.
No indoor smoking, no parties, no pets, security deposit required, and additional standard rental agreement requirements. I can provide a copy of the contract upon request.

Rate $3000.00 a night, also willing to hear any decent offers and take BEST OFFER. Days available for rent Jan 13th through the 25th 2009, this can be negotiated as well. 3 night minimum stay. I AM OPEN TO ANY NEGOTIATIONS ON ANY ASPECT OF THIS RENTAL.
Non refundable deposit of 50% required remaining balance is due on arrival. $3,000.00 security deposit required as well, this total amount will be returned as long as there are no violations of the rental agreement.
First two floors of home only available (you will have the first 2 floors all to yourself), access to basement not included.
